Shipping and Returns

Please note that our logistic partner once attempts delivery and if u are not able to receive your parcel so for that reason we are not responsible. You can contact logistics and receive your parcel from them.

We do not ship the products on public holidays as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days.

After dispatching the order and if it is returned to us because of an incomplete address or invalid (wrong) address in such cases will not able to provide u any refunds.

Technical issues

While ordering and for technical issues, your shipping charges are charge by default or basic amount and we can only ship your order on the basis of paid full payment. And at that time if u prefer to cancel the order, we will cancel and refund the full amount.

After shipping your order u cannot cancel the order and if u willing to refund from us so in that case, we cannot refund u your payment.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges will be different according to area and location and we also added some extra weight as we all know that after getting packing all the products it gets some additional weight of box packing and all.

And for some remote area locations, our logistic partner will charge you some extra payment. And u can also visit our logistics partner’s official website. And verify is your country is coming under a remote area.

Shipment and Tracking Details

For international delivery, once the order is confirmed will ship the product within 2 to 4 working days. (On the basis of product availability) and it will be delivered to you 7 to 10 working days.

In some cases like natural causes and any other causes, shipment can take time to deliver to you which is not our responsibility.

And we will send u mail regarding the shipment of your order after the customer finishes ordering and payment procedure.

The tracking number might take 24 business hours to be active.

VAT and custom duties

Vat and custom duties are not in our control. That would be different according to countries rules and must be paid directly by the buyer. Vat/custom taxes and import duties are not included in our ordering process but may be charged to you by your government.

 International customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.

They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

What if any Delays

Due to some reason or when Situations beyond our control, delays may occur. And for this, we are not able to give u any refund or exchange.

Product availability may be a reason for the delays and we will inform u trough mail if there are not any chances for the availability of the product

However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts.

About product availability

Before ordering any product from our website u should have to verify is that product is accepted by your country or not and if u ordered any product which is not acceptable in your country so in that case we will not able to send that product to u. and we will inform u through the mail.

About product self-life

Products that have a low shelf life so it’s your responsibility to choose our express service and in case u have chosen’s another service so we are not responsible for product spoilage.

Regarding product

We are playing the role as mediators we are not responsible for any product spoilage. If u want to complain u can complain directly to the seller.
